First things first, this business is 100% remote and we believe with every fibre of our beings that forcing team members to be in an office, and sit their 🍑 in a desk chair for 8 hours doing a whole lot of ‘looking busy’ doesn’t help a company get anywhere.

Instead we believe in having our team members produce amazing results.

That means in this job we want you to show up to work in the place/time/way you work best, produce amazing results, then sign off to go enjoy your life.

Most of us in this company don’t work the usual 40 hour weeks, because we like our lives and want to spend most of our time living them, not sitting around at a desk waiting until 5 o’clock so we can rush out the door of our boring AF workplace.

We also believe deeply in working in a joyful, ambitious & passionate team environment.

You’ll be on a team where every team member likes their work and enjoys their role. If someone makes it clear they’re just showing up for the paycheck but otherwise could care less about what we do in the business, they won’t be around for long.

Our big goal is to help other women design a career online that they love as much as we love ours. One that works with their life commitments (family, dog, hobbies, etc.), not against them.

Our office is virtual:

  • Work from home, Starbucks, Stateside or while wandering around the world, it makes no difference to us. As long as you do the job well and on time, every time, we want you to work in the place that brings you the most joy. No more commuting, no more spending your paycheque on outfits to then go earn more paycheques, and no more having to ask permission to be able to leave the office for a dentist appointment or to renew your drivers license.

No politics, be yourself:

  • In case you haven’t noticed, we’re not big on politics or acting in traditional corporate ways. We have a lovely environment where instead of taking credit for other people’s ideas and backstabbing our way to the top we’re all working towards improving the company and growing ourselves and our roles that way.

Flexible hours:

  • More of a night owl? Want to go for a 12 noon yoga class? Have kids you need to drop off at school at 8:30 AM sharp? No problem! For the vast majority of roles within the business, you’ll be able to do the work whenever in your day that works for you, as long as you meet deadlines.

Independence:

  • We get it, people hate being micromanaged, but here’s the twist, our management actually hates micromanaging people too! We have no desire to check over your shoulder to watch all your work and review tasks every 5 minutes. #inefficient. You’ll have a lot of freedom and independence to produce the expected results in your own way in this role.

You are relentlessely reliable

  • Never has a boss, teacher, parent, etc. complained about how you ‘don’t show up when you’re supposed to’ or ‘are always dropping the ball.’ You’re reliable, can be counted on come hell or high water and will go the extra mile to help the team when necessary.

You’re happy to attend meetings, even at strange hours

  • One of the benefits of a remote job is the amazing flexibility, you can truly work from anywhere! (With a good internet connection, of course.) But it also means that with team members across many time zones, meetings may happen for you very early in the morning or late into the evening, depending on where you’re located.
